On the first day of the Hyojeong CheonBo Great Works (February 9 at 7:30 pm), the Opening Ceremony was held at the main hall of the Cheongseong Wanglim Palace in magnificent style. In his message, Rev. Gi-seong Lee (President of FFWPU for a Heavenly Korea and the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center) stated, 
“We have all submitted our Heavenly Tribal Messiah Resolution Forms, right? Our family, the owner of Cheon Il Guk, makes a resolution to offer to Heavenly Parent and True Parents the victory of blessing 430 couples horizontally and 430 generations of ancestors vertically in order to complete the mission of the heavenly tribal messiahs, which our Heavenly Parent and True Parents has proclaimed.”
