On the second day, the Ancestor Blessing Ceremony for 1 ~ 322 generations and Blessing Ceremony for Unmarried 1st Generation Spirits were held at CheongShim Peace World Center with True Father in the spirit world and True Mother on the earth. The 2018 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing Ceremony officiated by True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind was held at the same time. It became an historical event in the history of the providence.
The following are True Parents’ words at the gyeongbae (bowing) ceremony on the Day of Victory of Love in 2003. “If you liberate your direct ancestors and the unmarried 1st generation spirits or the unmarried spirits of the collateral lines at the same time, you should separate the blessing ceremony for unmarried spirits to another day.” Yet on March 24, 2018, True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind said, “When the Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing Ceremony Commemorating the 6th Anniversary of the Holy Ascension of the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind is held, let’s have it together with the Blessing Ceremony for Unmarried 1st Generation Spirits.” So, the 2018 Blessing Ceremony for Unmarried 1st Generation Spirits was held this way.
On the second day at 9 am, the event started with the Secretary General of True Mother’s Secretariat and FFWPU, Young-ho Yun, who was appointed as MC for the event, making his opening remarks. Then the subsequent events were as follows: an opening performance, a commemorative video, the invocation (President of the FFWPU for a Heavenly Korea and Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center, Gi-seong Lee), Hyojeong cultural performance, commemorative address (International President Sun-jin Moon), A letter of remembrance (Chief of Staff of True Mother’s Secretariat, Won-ju Chong McDevitt) and True Mother’s floral tribute. President Gi-seong Lee reported and prayed as follows:
“Beloved True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind! I am truly grateful for True Parents’ manifestation to this land as the only begotten son and daughter of our Heavenly Parent and having the victorious supper of the lamb as predicted in the Bible. True Parents opened the door of blessing that all fallen human beings can be reborn, achieving the globalization of the Blessing, and establishing the foundation of Heaven through the Cosmic Blessing. After that, True Father ascended. Also, when we look back at the last six years, True Mother could claim victory from the three years of mourning and devotion while having a deep conversation with True Father late at night. True Mother moved forward to the goal nonstop, being comforted by Hyo-jin nim and Heung-jin nim in the spirit world. As a result, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to her for proclaiming the Hyojeong Culture at the Seonghwa Festival, to the world. For the shining rays and hope of hyojeong (a filial heart for Heaven) around the world and for sharing the amazing grace in the Cosmic Blessing Ceremony, thank you.
“True Father, in heaven! You win the final perfection, completion and conclusion yourself and united with True Mother, who is the only, unchangeable, eternal entity of God’s words. Please be with us and give us your amazing grace. True Father is one heart, one body, one mindset, one harmony with True Mother. Heavenly Parent, we are commemorating the 6th anniversary of the Holy Ascension of True Father today. All the brides and grooms of the spiritual world and physical world have been blessed, and they become blessed central families, as they fulfill hyojeong a filial heart for Heaven, in front of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. Please work with them and give them grace to become heavenly tribal messiahs, so that they can establish Cheon Il Guk.
“The liberated and blessed ancestors have been freed from all of their sorrow, pain, and suffering, which has remained for a long time. They have praised and glorified heaven with the joy of true love and held hands with each other for the blessing of all people and celebrated the joy of the festival until they were content. The blessed, beautiful, unmarried brides and grooms have also borne a heavy burden of the providence of restoration through indemnity, which was undeniable and destined in their lives. They have lived their lives in sadness and sighed away until they met True Parents, liberated through the Cheongpyeong Works. Finally they had such a blessed day as today.”
