A summarized congratulatory speech of President Gi-seong Lee during the 2018 Resolution Rally for the Hopeful March Forward for a Heavenly Korea.

“Today you have confirmed that the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind are champions through chanyang. Let us give a big round of applause to the victorious True Parents. The path True Parents walked has not been an easy one. True Mother distinguished the Cheongpyeong Providence which initiated 47 years ago into 3 stages. The 1st stage was the bone-crushing devotion to prepare this land. The 2nd stage was of the works of Heung-jin nim and Dae-mo nim in place of the substantial Holy Spirit. The 3rd stage is the age of direct dominion of True Mother who is in utmost oneness in perfection, completion, and conclusion with True Father in Heaven.
True Mother gave a benediction in 2015, “Miracles will happen when we become united with True Parents. You can now solve problems on your own through prayer and devotion. This means the spiritual foundation is now ready. It is time for the spirit world to automatically work, an automatic system was created on the foundation of devotion. True Father went to the spirit world and completely arranged the system in Heaven and on earth.” (True Parents’ message, Sep. 28, 2015) Then, last year at the Autumn Hyojeong Great Works she gave a remarkable proclamation that through Foundation Day, a new age through the works of the only begotten daughter, the substantial Holy Spirit is opened and is conducting the Cheonpyeong Works. In addition, it is through the world tour that she reconfirmed how astonishing the works of the substantial Holy Spirit are and it has been transcending time and space centering on Cheongpyeong. Last year, I was directed to go to Africa and conducted the Great Works 4 times. Furthermore, I could see the sight of the amazing works of the substantial Holy Spirit in the Africa Summit, last Feb. The substantial Holy Spirit came down and lit a fire through divine spirit and truth. It was through the works of the substantial Holy Spirit that righteous people could become true sons and daughters. The African leaders who had experienced this in its entirety gave their testimonies with tears saying nothing is impossible if we unite with True Mother, the substantial Holy Spirit.
The secret of our victory is divine spirit and truth, also to unite with the Cheongpyeong Works of the substantial Holy Spirit. It is to completely unite with True Mother, the only begotten daughter, and the substantial Holy Spirit. That’s why when we unconditionally become one with True Mother in this year of 2018, only victory will be waiting for us.”
