The first day of this Great Works started off with the Opening Prayer to Heavenly Parent and True Parents at 6:30 a.m. at the Jeongshim Won (Prayer Hall) (February 20, 2018). From the first day, the Jeongshim Won was filled with members that came to the Hyojeong Cheonwon Cheongpyeong Holy Ground from around the world.
Cheongpyeong Training Center Vice President Myung-kwan Lee, the emcee of the Opening Prayer, emphasized how the Opening Prayer that kicks off the Great Works is more important and has more tremendous grace than that of the other parts of the schedule, and how all wishes may be fulfilled if we offer ardent prayers out loud with an earnest heart as we offer our hearts and sincere devotion. Vice President Lee also provided an outline of the schedule, most notably including International President Sun Jin Moon’s address on the 1st day, “Celebration of True Parents’ Birthday and Hyojeong Cultural Festival” on the 2nd day with True Parents in attendance, and the “2018 Resolution Rally for the Hopeful March Forward of Family Federation for a Heavenly Korea for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune” on the 3rd day. He also expressed his hope for all participants to receive tremendous grace at this Great Works that is directly presided by True Father in the spirit world and True Mother on the earth. This message was followed by the opening remarks, singing of the Cheon Il Guk Anthem, offering of gyeong-bae (Bow), recitation of the Family Pledge, The Hoon Dok session was then led by Family Federation Headquarters for a Heavenly Korea, and Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center President, Rev. Gi-Seong Lee, who first provided the following excerpt from True Parents’ words.

“You should know the meaning of Hyojeong Cheonwon. Cheonwon refers to the Heavenly Garden. The restoration of the six thousand years of God’s providence was like a long winter night. Because now that we can realize the dreams of Heavenly Parent, True Parents, and the wishes of humankind, this time can be likened to a new spring. With True Parents’ guidance, this is the first spring after 6 thousand years.” (February 5, 2017, CheongShim International Youth Center, True Mother’s address)

“You can see the development according to how much you have a heart of gratitude and loyalty to Heaven by improving your shimjeong and your faith through Cheongpyeong Traning Center. All participants sang the holy song, “Grace of the Holy Garden” with the guidance of Vice Pres. Myong-kwan Lee, and prayed out loud together with all members. Many participants from around the world experienced amazing grace from Heaven. We would like to introduce some of their testimonies.
